Ivan Ruiz

As Owner/Operator of The Modern Lending Group, Ivan has trained his team and built a company where any loan officer can succeed. Having more than 10 years in lending, he has all the right tools to help people get into their homes and educating clients and loan officers alike, to help them reach their financial goals. With a growth mindset, he has been able to grow his team while raising 2 children under the age of 3. Ivan spends most of his time supporting his team and helping his clients but enjoys watching the Cowboys, and spending time with his wife and kids.
